Platform Terms of Use

1. Subject Matter

These Terms of Use govern the use of the EXAIOS platform (exaios.com) operated by BMAI GmbH, Kronprinzstraße 3, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany. They supplement the General Terms and Conditions (AGB).

2. Access and Registration

Using the platform requires an activated user account. Users are obligated to keep their credentials confidential and not share them with third parties. The temporary password must be changed upon first login.

3. Permitted Use

The platform may only be used for analysis, planning, and decision-making in the field of energy infrastructure. Automated access (scraping, bots) is not permitted.

4. Data Ownership

Uploaded load profiles and input data remain the property of the user. EXAIOS processes this data exclusively to provide the agreed analysis services. No data is shared with third parties.

5. Results and Reports

Generated analyses, reports, and recommendations may be used for the user's own business purposes. Redistribution or commercial exploitation of the platform methodology is not permitted.

6. Availability

BMAI GmbH strives for high platform availability but cannot guarantee it. Maintenance windows will be announced in advance where possible.

7. Suspension and Termination

BMAI GmbH reserves the right to suspend access in case of violation of these Terms of Use. Users may request account deactivation at any time via support.

8. Changes

Changes to these Terms of Use will be communicated by email and take effect 30 days after notification.

9. Governing Law

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart, Germany.
