p10 view

The result reached in at least 90 % of scenarios — the downside cover rather than the average.

Explanation

Instead of looking only at the expected value, the p10 figure shows the robust minimum outcome. It decides bankability, because lenders hedge against the bad scenario, not against the mean.

How it differs

The expected value (p50) can look healthy while the p10 tips over — only the p10 view shows whether a project genuinely carries.
